By creating an account, accessing, or using the DataForm platform ("Service"), provided at https://dataform.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DataForm is a SaaS form building platform that enables registered users to construct visual forms, share them via public links or embed codes, and configure automated integrations to stream form submission data directly into Google Sheets.
3. Account Registration & Security
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or possess legal parental/guardian consent to use this Service.
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information during signup.
4. Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the DataForm Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Creating phishing forms designed to steal passwords, financial credentials, or sensitive personal identity numbers.
- Using forms for illegal activities, fraud, spamming, malware distribution, or harassment.
- Attempting to breach, probe, or test the security or rate limits of our infrastructure.
- Violating third-party Intellectual Property rights or privacy rights.
Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy results in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.
5. Third-Party Integrations & Google Services
Our Service relies on Google OAuth 2.0 and Google Sheets APIs to deliver form submissions to your spreadsheets.
- You agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service when connecting your Google Account.
- DataForm is not liable for service outages, rate limits, or API changes enforced independently by Google APIs.
6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataForm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of your use of the Service.
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks to our platform.
